Welcome to paulmuses.com. My name is Paul Gardner and I live with my partner Rebecca Wiese in Decorah and Clarinda, Iowa. Rebecca retired from health care administration a few years ago. She blogs on travel, retirement and relationships at rebeccamuses.com

Although I retired in 2018 from teaching Political Science for 33 years at Luther College, I have not stopped teaching or writing about politics. From October 2021 through January 2022 Rebecca and I will live in Romania where I will teach courses about American politics at the University of the West in Timisoara, Romania as a Fulbright scholar. Rebecca and I will both blog about our travel and living experiences in Romania. I will continue to blog about personal development issues.
